As the winner on public tender, Network Co. signed contract for delivery and installaton of 9 PBX Ericsson MX-ONE Telephony Switch for Tax Administration branch offices in Vojvodina, in following cities: Bečej, Bačka Topola, Pančevo, Subotica, Bačka Palanka, Kula, Sremska Mitrovica and two locations in Novi Sad. The PBX capacities are:

• Novi Sad1 - 1 ISDN PRI, 8 analogue trunks, 26 digital and 96 analogue extensions, 3 GSM Gateway terminals
• Novi Sad2 - 1 ISDN PRI, 8 analogue trunks, 26 digital and 144 analogue extensions, 4 GSM Gateway terminals
• Sremska Mitrovica - 4 ISDN BRI, 8 analogue trunks, 26 digital and 32 analogue extensions, 2 GSM Gateway terminals
• Bečej - 4 ISDN BRI, 8 analogue trunks, 26 digital and 32 analogue extensions, 2 GSM Gateway terminals
• Subotica - 1 ISDN PRI, 8 analogue trunks, 26 d digital and 96 analogue extensions, 3 GSM Gateway terminals
• Pančevo - 1 ISDN PRI, 8 analogue trunks, 26 digital and 120 analogue extensions, 4 GSM Gateway terminals
• Bačka Palanka - 4 ISDN BRI, 8 analogue trunks, 26 digital and 48 analogue extensions, 2 GSM Gateway terminals
• Bačka Topola - 4 ISDN BRI, 8 analogue trunks, 26 digital and 32 analogue extensions, 2 GSM Gateway terminals
• Kula - 4 ISDN BRI, 8 analogue trunks, 26 digital and 16 analogue extensions, 2 GSM Gateway terminals

All locations are provided with billing system and telephony traffic control as well as software for network administration along with large number of customer applications. All PBXs, when hardware and software upgraded, can be networked in unique telephony system of Tax Administration and can be implemented and integrated with Call Centre and other advanced PBX applications.
